My wife likes a LOT of communication, and Jesse understood that, and kept her supplied with plenty of updates.
Jesse introduced us to a great lender who got us a great loan; he provided his own contractor for repair work on both houses, which saved us a ton of money; he offered good advice on what to insist on and what to let go of (on contract dates & contingencies, requests for repairs, etc.).
